By using this website or engaging AEONest for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

AEONest designs, builds and maintains websites and web applications. The exact scope, timeline and price of any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Build fees are payable as agreed for your project, and any monthly plan is billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. There is no lock-in.

Ownership and intellectual property

Once a build is paid in full, you own the finished website and its content. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licences.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Warranties and liability

We build to a high standard and stand behind our work, but the site and services are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, AEONest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
